Abhirup Dey is the Founder of Radheshyam Tours And Travels. With academic qualifications in B.Pharm and M.Pharm, he built a strong professional foundation through more than eleven years of service with different multinational pharmaceutical companies.

After gaining valuable experience in structured corporate environments, customer relations and professional management, he decided to establish an organisation of his own. Driven by a genuine passion for travel and a desire to help people experience meaningful journeys, he chose tourism as his long-term career path.
